The lodge had excellent self catering facilities. I found everything i needed. the staff was helpful with a car charging issue for my electric vehicle. They went out of their way. i received texts about a parcel i had forgotten. The staff informed me promptly.

the location is good near a walkable hill. the main building with facilities is very nice. reception staff are very friendly. brasserie food is good.

The gym did not have water available. It was a minor inconvenience.

The pool was clean. The hot tub was inviting. The gym seemed clean. It was cute. I liked that they provided an extra fan because it was very hot.

The coffee for the french press tasted old. The bed was not comfortable for me. I found the fridge to be very noisy during the night. The light on the microwave stayed very bright. This made for a restless night.
